Starting over....

Okay, I know it has been forever since I have written, but I am "starting over" this year and am going to update MUCH more often than I have been. I have really enjoyed other websites that are often updated--especially those that update everyday!!--so i thought I would try to update often too.
I am going to back log a bit, but will eventually catch up!!

First Birthday!!

We can not believe that our little Reid is one year old!! No more babies around here--kind of sad, but we LOVE the person that Reid is becoming!! He has such a fun personality--he laughs and plays games, and is starting to talk up a storm! Here are some pictures from his first birthday--we can't believe how much he has changed (and how quickly it has happened!)

Although it doesn't look like it, Reid enjoyed his first, and much needed, hairdcut! The lady cutting his hair let him "help" and comb his hair while she cut. He sat very still and then before we knew it the mullet was gone!!

First Day of School!!!

I can not believe that my little one is already in school (okay, okay, I know it's only pre-school, but still.....)
Here he is on the first day (way back in August--sorry!)--not a hint of sadness about leaving Mom....a little bit wouldn't have hurt anyone....
But seriously, he is loving school, and even made the adjustment to school in Charleston great! We are very thankful!

Flying away...

Here are Everett and Reid "flying" to Mimi's (their greatgrandmother) house in Oklahoma to visit. Don't worry--they "worked" on the plane a lot before they took off!! Reid, however, was still a little weary of flying.

Reid had his first taste of semi-solid food today! He had a couple of bites of cereal and LOVED it! After that as soon as he saw the spoon coming, his mouth was wide-open and ready. He didn't even make that much of a mess!!

Matching Boys!

Everett loves to match his baby brother and everytime we get dressed a request is made for matching clothes. We hardly have anything matching, so when I tell him yes a party is thrown and we have to take a picture to document it. Here is one of the many pictures we have of the few matching outfits the boys have!

Fun with Fish!

Everett LOVES the aquarium! Every time we go he has more and more fun. I think he could just stare at the "giant wall of fish"-as he calls it--for forever. Thank goodness for annual passes!
